Are you looking for a stable, outpatient-only position with great work-life balance and a strong support team? A well-established clinic in Rialto, California is looking for a Primary Care Physician to step into a busy, existing patient panel after one of their providers recently gave notice.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role (8 AM – 5 PM) with no weekends and only minimal phone call (shared rotation, about twice a month). You’ll have the backing of midlevel providers and another physician — so you’re never working alone.

### Compensation & Perks

• $280,000–$325,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

### Who We’re Looking For

• Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed (or able to be licensed) in California
