Practice Setting

  • Medical setting: mix of inpatient & outpatient
  • Clinic volume: approximately 20 patients on office days
  • Patient mix: ~30% pediatrics / ~70% adults
  • ENT scope includes both routine and higher-acuity consults (airway/trauma)

Schedule

  • Office hours listed as 8:00a–4:30p, plus OR cases as scheduled
  • Coverage structured as a 10-day stretch per month (starting on a Saturday through the following Tuesday morning)
  • 24-hour weekend call coverage Saturday and Sunday
  • Great fit for physicians looking for predictable blocks rather than scattered single shifts

Cases and Procedures

  • ENT cases: endoscopic sinus, T&A, BMT, thyroidectomy, MDL with biopsy, tracheostomy
  • Trauma: facial plating, soft tissue repair, mandible arch bars (minimal)
  • Airway coverage including tracheotomy/trach management
  • Common consults/visits: vertigo, hearing loss, larynx lesions, voice disturbance, epistaxis, cerumen, trachs

Requirements

  • Must be an MD/DO
  • Board Certified (ENT); also considering Facial Plastic Surgery or Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery backgrounds as aligned
  • Minimum 60 months of experience required
  • Pennsylvania license or open to IMLC physicians (active LOQ required if waiting for license)
  • Comfort with airway concerns and facial trauma consults
