  • Premier Heart & Vascular is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our private practice and serve as a clinical leader in building our IR services and ASC procedural platform in St. George, Utah.

    This partner-track role is designed for an entrepreneurial physician ready to build a premier IR program and own their professional future.

    The Role: Clinical Leadership & ASC Expansion As an Interventional Radiologist at Premier Heart & Vascular, you will lead our IR service line and procedural strategy:

    • Lead: Drive clinical decision-making, practice operations, and strategic quality initiatives.
    • Scale: Design and grow procedural pathways to optimize access and patient outcomes.
    • Collaborate: Partner with experienced vascular APPs and dedicated procedural support staff.
    • Connect: Build and nurture referral relationships as a visible clinical leader and community educator.

    Clinical Focus & Expected Volume Step into a broad, clinically relevant scope of IR suited for an outpatient/ASC setting:

    • Vascular Interventions: PAD (angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy) and Venous (DVT, ablation, stenting).
    • Dialysis Access: Creation and maintenance (fistulas, grafts, permacaths).
    • General IR: Image-guided biopsies (CT/US), ports, PICCs, and tunneled catheters.
    • Growth Potential: Initial ramp of 6–10 cases/week, scaling to 12–18+ procedures weekly within 12–18 months.

    Candidate Profile

    • Qualifications: Fellowship-trained in IR; BC/BE in Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology (ABR/AOA).
    • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for operational engagement and mentorship.
    • Location: Requires relocation to St. George, UT—an outdoor paradise 45 minutes from Zion National Park with 300+ days of sunshine and a 30%+ population growth rate.
