Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Locums - Connecticut, No Call

Outpatient locum opportunity in Connecticut with no call, low acuity, and a patient-centered team serving an underserved adult population.

Highlights:

• No call required - weekends covered by APPs
• Low patient volume with time to ramp up
• Weekly pay with long-term potential

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient-only clinic in Bridgeport
• MA, RN, and behavioral health/community support on site
• Daily huddle and built-in charting time
• EPIC EMR (online training provided)
• Language support via interpretation software

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• One evening clinic on Mondays (until 7:30 PM - optional)
• Part-time schedules considered

Cases and Procedures:

• Hypertension, diabetes, general IM
• Low acuity, adult-only patient population
• Patient volume builds up to 21/day
• No procedures required at start - may be added later

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Connecticut license preferred
• BLS and DEA certifications
• EPIC proficiency (online training included)

Travel Accommodations:

• Mileage and lodging covered
• Drive-in preferred, but flexible for strong candidates
