[SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group][1] in [Monroe][2] is actively recruiting a part-time (.6 fte) Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care & Express Clinic teams. This position will have autonomy, and will be scheduled to work at the Monroe, WI Express Clinic and Freeport, IL Urgent Care clinics.

The Opportunity:

• Average of 24 hours per week: Seven 12-hour weekday shifts, and two 8-hour weekend shifts per month

• Collaborative team & fully supportive work environment

• No on-call required

• EPIC EMR

• Excellent onboarding process
