Medical Oncologist needed in Georgia for an outpatient clinic role with a defined call rotation and a pure medical oncology scope, acute leukemia and BMT are transferred out.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient medical oncology clinic, adult patient population
- All medical oncology, no hematology coverage required
- Acute leukemia cases and BMT are transferred out, keeping the clinic scope consistent
- Typical volume 15 to 20 patients per day, mix of new consults and follow ups
Schedule
- Clinic coverage Tuesday through Friday OR Monday - Thursday
- Clinic hours 8a to 5p
- Call is 1 weekend per month, Friday evening through Monday morning
- Includes hospital call coverage during the week as part of the rotation
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology
- Georgia license required, Open to IMLC Physicians
