$215/hr - Psychiatrist Contract - Missouri

A state-operated long-term care psychiatric facility in Farmington, Missouri, is seeking a temporary Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role, offering a competitive state benefits package upon conversion.

• Contract Details:
• Duration: September 15, 2025 – December 15, 2025
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Start time: Flexible between 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with complex behavioral health needs.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Participating in forensic assessments and court-related evaluations as needed.

Qualifications:

• A full and unrestricted Missouri medical license is required.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Forensic psychiatry training or experience is preferred.
