CARDIOLOGY NON-INVASIVE: BANNER UNIVERSITY MEDICAL GROUP | UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA-PHOENIX

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine seeks candidates for a full-time position in the non-tenure Clinical Scholar track. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow in a well-integrated non-invasive cardiovascular program that is high volume and high quality.

Qualification and Essential Functions;

  • Applicants must have an M.D or D.O. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care
  • Echo and TEE preferred and interest in doing part of their non-invasive practice in an ambulatory surgery center dedicated to cardiovascular care
  • Applicants must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine.
  • Scholarship is required in the Clinical Scholar track; candidates will be required to be engaged in clinical research.
  • Mentoring and teaching of medical students, house staff and cardiology fellows
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with a large multidisciplinary program.
