Norton Children’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, and a part of Norton Children’s Medical Group, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our PM&R Team. The practice sees over 4,000 patients annually, 400 of which are new patients who need specialty care for conditions such as cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, spina bifida, spasticity and many others. The rehabilitation team works closely with families to create unique treatment plans that address the needs of each child, including all aspects of a child’s quality-of-life function. These plans and goals are created using current technology, research and rehab techniques in addition to play and age-appropriate activities. Close collaboration with each family ensures that everyone knows what to expect from the treatment plan.

About the Position:

  • 5 day work week
  • Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Locations: Frazier Rehab, Novak, NCH, UofL Jewish, Norton's Hospital, and Outreach location. 
  • Both IP and OP: Office visits, round at servicing locations, admin time, and other duties with Peds PM&R providers to include rounding
  • 7 half days in clinic
  • Administrative and system support from advanced practice providers, licensed practical nurse, medical assistant and scheduling team to deliver patient- and practitioner-focused care
  • Collaboration with pediatric subspecialties in all major disciplines
