Otolaryngology Opportunities in Wisconsin

Advocate Health has several options available for a new or experienced general Otolaryngologist to join our dynamic teams in Wisconsin. You will enjoy a robust practice with the full spectrum of cases for both children and adults. The current Wisconsin positions are located in Burlington, Mount Pleasant and a split position in Sheboygan/Fond du Lac.

Burlington: Primary location will be at our beautiful ambulatory day surgery center, Aurora Southern Lakes located in Burlington

• The Southern Lakes facility is just a few years old and has 5 ORs and 5 procedure rooms, diagnostic services and audiology are also on-site
• Hospital and clinic locations include Burlington and Elkhorn
• Excellent staff with MA and RN
• Competitive compensation includes generous student loan forgiveness program
• With many lakes for swimming, quiet rivers for paddling and a charming downtown area. Burlington offers a small-town atmosphere with big-city advantages. The community is located only a half hour from Milwaukee and less than 90 minutes from Chicago and Madison.

Mount Pleasant: Practice at our clinic and new hospital in this growing community.

• The Aurora Medical Center Mount Pleasant is a 60-bed hospital less than 2 years old that will ensure excellent care for your patients; you will also treat patients at our nearby outpatient surgery center
• This is a robust established practice of a departing physician
• You will see approximately 80% adults with about 20% pediatrics; you may also do some inpatient consults (minimal)
• Patient mix will be approximately 80% adults, 20% pediatrics

• Mount Pleasant is one of the fastest-growing communities in Wisconsin. Stretching from Lake Michigan to Interstate 94, our location provides easy access to metropolitan Milwaukee and Chicago, including Mitchell International Airport, just minutes to the north.

Sheboygan/Fond du Lac

• The 113-bed Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan was built just a few years ago and the 10-bed hospital in Fond du Lac opened in 2024 adjacent to the clinic and surgery center
• The Sheboygan team consists of two experienced partners; currently there is no ENT coverage available in Fond du Lac
• You will spend approximately 2.5 days a week in each location; Sheboygan coverage includes our clinic in Plymouth
• You will enjoy a comprehensive mix of cases and procedures, caring for patients of all ages
• Skilled support staff with Advanced Practice Professionals, MA and office staff; audiology services are available in both locations
• Enjoy an outstanding referral base from within the clinics and surrounding communities
• Call will be 1:3, Sheboygan only
• Both Sheboygan and Fond du Lac are an hour from Milwaukee, 2.5 hours from Chicago and an easy drive to beautiful Door County
• The system Otolaryngology Division is comprised of physicians sub-specialized in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction, Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Neurotology, Laryngology, and Sleep Medicine and are always ready to provide support
