Collaborative Local Team:

• Join a strong, supportive anesthesia care team of 10 physicians and 30+ experienced CRNAs across our three campuses: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples.
• Facilities include:
• 8 Main ORs
• 3 Endoscopy suites
• 3 Cath Labs
• 2 CVORs

Qualifications

• NBCRNA Board Certified or Eligible
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply

Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life

• Enjoy a 4-shift work week with a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
• No weekday call
• Limited weekend call (with extra pay)
• No nights!
• Waterfall leave for smooth time-off planning
• You’ll handle a wide variety of cases — including general, vascular, ortho, neuro spine, EP, endo, uro, and bariatrics.
• Heart cases available (if desired), but no OB or pediatrics.
• CRNAs perform their own blocks and lines, with full training and support provided.

• Practice full-scope anesthesia
• Perform regional blocks
• Collaborate closely within our trusted, fun, and team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential:
  • W-2: $230,000 (includes retention bonus)
  • 1099: $255,000 (includes retention bonus)
  • $40,000 commencement bonus
  • 7 weeks of scheduled time off per year
• W-2 Benefits:
