• Opportunity to grow your own patient panel within a well-established and supportive system
• Flexible scheduling with the option of a 4- or 4.5-day workweek
• Average daily volume of 16 patients, allowing time for meaningful care

### Compensation & Benefits

• Total earning potential up to $350,000
• Base salary of $292,000 plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus
