The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine is recruiting a full-time PHM board certified/board eligible pediatric hospitalist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with strong clinical skills and an interest in academic medicine. Mastery of skills such as professionalism, team-based care, care of children with medical complexity, and effective communication are mandatory.
About the position:
- Join a team made up of greater than 45 physicians and 6 hospital medicine fellows
- Opportunities to participate in clinical, educational, and quality improvement initiatives within the Division and across the hospital
- Clinical practice is primarily at our tertiary care facility as well as our nearby community hospital
- Attending supervision of teaching teams of fellows, residents, and students. The supervision of teaching teams is restricted to PHM board certified/board eligible pediatric hospitalists
- Salary and academic rank are commensurate with experience
