Rebekah Children’s Services is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to join our outpatient mental health clinic in Gilroy, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve youth and young adults (ages 0–21) in a mission-driven, trauma-informed care environment. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and family-oriented setting.

• 💵 Salary Range: $410,000 – $430,000 annually
• 📆 Schedule: To be discussed at the time of interview
• 👥 Patient Population: Children, adolescents, and young adults (0–21)
• 🧠 Setting: Outpatient psychiatric care
• 🧑‍⚕️ Support: Multidisciplinary teams (therapists, directors, case managers)
