Family Medicine Opportunity in Central Coast California

Practice Overview

• You’ll join a team of 5 family medicine physicians, 2 internists, 5 NPs, 3 pediatricians, and 6 OB/GYNs

• Outpatient-only with full-spectrum family medicine (pediatrics through geriatrics)

• Pediatric call rotation only, 6 shifts per month; light volumes with rare overnight needs

• Supportive team structure with 2–3 patients per hour, assisted by bilingual medical assistants

Schedule

• Choice of four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week

• Clinic open Monday–Saturday (no Saturday obligation)

• Daily patient volume averages 18–22

• Pediatric call is a 24-hour home call with hospital access within 60 minutes

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $280,000–$325,000 depending on experience with a 2–3 year contract

• $10,000 relocation assistance; $3,000 CME allowance

• 25 days of PTO + full health, dental, and vision benefits

• Malpractice with tail, 403(b), loan forgiveness eligibility (PSLF and CA SLRP)

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

• Experience with full-spectrum outpatient care preferred

• Spanish fluency preferred but not required (bilingual support staff available)

• Seeking candidates committed to a long-term role (10–15 years)
