Remote Daytime Position | $600k Year One | 12 weeks vacation

POSITION SUMMARY

Southwest Desert Radiology is currently seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologists to join our growing remote daytime coverage team. This is a unique position for a radiologist seeking the autonomy and case-mix of a general private practice, while enjoying the benefits of reading at home. SDR is an independent, physician-run group that is proudly not affiliated with private equity. We prioritize quality patient care, top-level compensation, and focus on work-life balance. POSITION DUTIES AND BENEFITS

• General radiology studies including CT, US, MR, and x-ray
• 7a-4p AZ time, earlier start times available if desired
• No overnight call, studies read by our in-house night team
• Weekends shared equally, approximately 5 wknds/year
• 12 weeks vacation starting year one
• $550k year one base compensation with $50k signing bonus
• $650k comp year two with no buy in or long wait periods
• Benefits package including health and malpractice insurance (including tail coverage) and retirement contribution
• Remote mammo is available if desired, but is not required
• Both 1099 and W2 positions available
