We are currently seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our large, established OB/GYN Department. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient role located at our Santee clinic, with no hospital coverage or after-hours call responsibilities.

1. Salary Range starting at $145k for APP with 2 years of experience
2. Sign-on bonus & full comprehensive benefits package (including 401K, CME time/allowance, and paid malpractice)
3. EPIC EMR, 1:1 provider-to-MA support, triage and lead RNs

Requirements/Preferred Experience:

• To be considered for the position, candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working full-time (as a WHNP/PA) in a Women’s Health setting. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of clinical experience 
• Experience with initial OB/1st trimester ultrasound is required 
• Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care 
• Must have the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment

Position Details:

1. Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm with 1-hour lunch
2. OB care includes: initial OB visits and interpretation of fetal assessment testing (NSTs)
3. GYN care includes: annual wellness exams, pap smears, pelvic exams, reproductive exams, IUD and Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies
