Mix of general primary care and DOT physicals
- Patient load capped at 12 per day
- No procedures or hands-on interventions needed
** Requirements**
- Must be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Indiana license required
- Current DEA and DOT certifications
- Quick credentialing with drug screen and TB test
