Lead High Impact Division | Chief of Developmental Pediatrics | Lexington KY

We're recruiting a board certified physician leader to direct Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics in a large, well resourced environment. You'll set vision and strategy, elevate clinical programs, mentor faculty, and drive scholarly output.

Role Highlights:
- Division leadership with strategic and operational ownership across clinical, research, and academic missions.
- Outpatient focused practice with strong multidisciplinary support; no inpatient call.
- Protected time for program development, mentoring, and research activities.

The Position:
- Shape and execute the Division's research strategy; seek/secure external funding; ensure protocol compliance; disseminate findings via publications and conferences.
- Lead clinical program excellence—optimize workflows, expand evidence based services, and improve outcomes.
- Provide faculty development and mentorship
- Deliver patient centered outpatient care for developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
- Flexible outpatient schedule
- Dedicated support team (APPs, nursing, and support staff) to enable leadership focus and clinical efficiency.
- Fellowship trained is not a requirement
