Setting: 50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient

Schedule: on/ 7 off

Salary: $350,000 (negotiable)

Employment Type: W2 or 1099

Job Description: We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our team in a dual-setting role split between inpatient and outpatient services. This position offers a consistent 7 on/ 7 off schedule and the opportunity to work within a well-established clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with active licensure.
• Ability to work a 7 on/ 7 off schedule.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
