Schedule

-3-day or 4-day work week

-All positions required to take call

Salary

-Base salary starting at $215,000 (4 days/week) for new graduates and increases based on CRNA years of experience.

-Sign-on bonus of $30,000 paid after 30 days of employment, 3-year agreement.

-Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call.

-Eligible for Annual Merits.

-The position offers Allowed Time Off (ATO), 36 days annually.

-CME Allowance is $2,500 annually.

-MBMC will provide malpractice and tail coverage for services within the scope of practice.
