Practice Setting

Schedule

• Full-time preferred at 4 days per week.
• Assigned clinic or OR block scheduling.
• Nightly beeper call coverage required.
• 30-minute call response time.

Procedures and Cases

• Bread-and-butter general surgery cases.
• Laparoscopic surgery and upper/lower scopes.
• Central line placement and chest tubation.
• Umbilical defects and hernias.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Surgery.
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
• This role is open to IMLC physicians.
• Minimum of 24 months of experience.

Credentialing Requirements

• Streamlined credentialing process, completed in 30 days.
• Temporary privileges may be granted to start sooner.
