    Hospital Info: 406 beds, Level IV trauma

    Dates: One week per month - ONGOING into 2026. The hospital will book out for 6 months. (In Sept they plan to build out the January-June 2026 schedule)

    For certain in 2025, they need:

    Nov 24- Dec 1

    Dec 22-29

    *They are working on the remainder of 2025 and will have the rest of the weeks soon

    Shift Info: 24-hour call, Mon 6am - Mon 6am Some providers will go in between 6-8am and do rounding and work an 8 hour day for most part

    Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days

    Job Details:

    • Setting: Inpatient
    • Will cover the main hospital and rehab Hospital, which is 1 block away. The locum provider may have to see a dialysis patient on a weekend here and there at the rehab hospital. Will only go there on a weekend. The locum provider will not work at the Dialysis center but may take a phone call consult. Hospital
    • Patient Volume: Average of 25 patients per day. Goes up to 35 in winter, and they have additional help (NP) on nights.
    • Required Procedures: Dialysis, CRT, SLED, Plasma Apheresis, etc.
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Must be board-certified or truly board-eligible
    • Must have an active AZ medical license or active IMLC
    • All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
