Cortica is growing and seeking passionate, mission-driven Pediatricians & Pediatric Neurologists to join our expanding multidisciplinary care team.

We serve a variety of patient populations including individuals with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, ADHD, anxiety, speech and language disorders, learning difficulties, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, genetic conditions, and more. Our care model, driven by insights and technologies from emerging neuroscience, brings together clinicians from a range of disciplines to design and deliver comprehensive care for children. What You’ll Do:

​

• Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, for pediatric and adult patients within Cortica’s clinical scope.
• Perform all aspects of patient evaluation and management, including exams, clinical decision-making, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain productivity and documentation standards while ensuring timely, compassionate care.
• Communicate care plans effectively with team members and families.
• Participate in collaborative case reviews, clinical meetings, and learning opportunities as part of our multidisciplinary model.
• Demonstrate commitment to Cortica’s mission and uphold standards for patient outcomes and experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Four years of medical school from an accredited university.
• Completion of residency training in Pediatrics, Pediatric Neurology and board certification (or eligibility).
• Current and unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensure encouraged).
• A passion for caring for children with neurodevelopmental differences and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-based setting.
