    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, for pediatric and adult patients within Cortica’s clinical scope.
    • Perform all aspects of patient evaluation and management, including exams, clinical decision-making, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
    • Maintain productivity and documentation standards while ensuring timely, compassionate care.
    • Communicate care plans effectively with team members and families.
    • Participate in collaborative case reviews, clinical meetings, and learning opportunities as part of our multidisciplinary model.
    • Demonstrate commitment to Cortica’s mission and uphold standards for patient outcomes and experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Four years of medical school from an accredited university.
    • Completion of residency training in Pediatrics, Pediatric Neurology and board certification (or eligibility).
    • Current and unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensure encouraged).
    • A passion for caring for children with neurodevelopmental differences and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-based setting.
