Non-Surgical Glaucoma Focused Ophthalmologist

The Eye Institute of West Florida is a reputable multispecialty practice with locations throughout Pinellas County. Founded in 1974 by Stephen Weinstock, MD, and now led by his son, Rob Weinstock, MD, this practice has been serving the community for decades. Not only has the Eye Institute of West Florida cared for thousands of patients, but it has also played a crucial role in developing future ophthalmology leaders by offering fellowships and mentorship.

Dr. Amy Martino leads the glaucoma care team at the Eye Institute. Due to significant community growth, her patient capacity is currently maximized, and she is looking to bring on a non-surgical glaucoma provider to help manage stablized patients. This position will focus on complex non-surgical glaucoma, with limited comprehensive care, serving patients at our Hyde Park and Westchase locations.

Compensation Package

• Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, plus a production model
• 20 days of paid time off (PTO)
