A well established physician-led health system is seeking a motivated Anesthesiologist to provide high quality care to their community.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Growing group of 12 Anesthesiologists that have exclusive access to the entire health system
• Competitive total compensation well over the 75th percentile
• 1099 arrangement allows for very flexible work schedule and hours
• EOD is usually 3:30 on non-call days
• Low call burden - 1:13 weekends for onsite call
• 45 weeks per year is min requirement, but more unpaid vacation time is available if desired
