OBGYN Opportunity in Texas
- Balanced practice with a mix of clinic and hospital-based care
- 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
- Average of 20–25 patients per day
- Strong multidisciplinary support allowing physicians to focus on patient care
### Schedule & Call
- 4.5 clinic days per week with 0.5 dedicated surgical day
- Standard operating hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1:3 call rotation (practice call only)
### Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation model: Base salary + RVU production + annual bonus
- Established providers earning $800,000–$900,000 annually
