Practice & Cases
- Inpatient acute psychiatric unit
- Care for assigned and unassigned adult patients
- Average census of 12 patients with approximately 3 admissions per shift
- Resident supervision is part of the practice model
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Full-time clinical coverage
- Optional second-call backup with low callback volume
- Long-term assignment
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Alabama medical license required
- DEA required
Logistics
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided
- Travel accommodations arranged according to assignment guidelines

Compensation Details
$210–$225/hour
