NNP - 12-hour Shifts - Affluent Palm Beach Suburb of Wellington
Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to support our expanding Level III NICU, while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida’s most desirable, upscale, suburban communities.
** Your Role at a Glance: **
- Schedule: 12-hour daytime shifts in the NICU, with rotating weekends

Staffing Model:
- 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
- 2.3 NNPs covering the NICU during the day
- 1 dedicated provider covering the newborns

Responsibilities:
- Care for patients in the Level III NICU
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- NRP certification
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Confident, autonomous, and team-oriented
