This is a stable, community-based program offering consistent 24-hour physician coverage, manageable volume, and strong hospital alignment.

    Compensation Details

    $365-397k

    Compensation is structured as an hourly 1099 model. The annualized compensation range of approximately assumes a full-time commitment of approximately 115–125 hours per month. Actual earnings vary based on total hours worked.
