📍 Location: Plymouth, Indiana 📅 Assignment Dates: March 2026 – March 2027 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ☎ Call: No call / No weekends 💰 Rate: $560/hr 🏥 Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Practice Details :

• Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
• Practice Mix: Hematology 50% / Oncology 50% / Internal Medicine 0%
• Patient Volume: ~30 patients/day (Outpatient)
• Hospital Rounding: None
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing:
• With active IN license: ~60 days
• Without IN license: ~90 days
• VAD/CV catheter management
• Bone marrow biopsies
• Tumor Board participation
• Bone marrow transplant management
• Ordering tests, images, and blood bank
• Prescribing
• Chemotherapy administration oversight (Physician or Nurse Oncologist)
• Board Certified (ABMS/AOA in Heme/Onc – must be certified in one and competent in the other)
• Active Indiana State License – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
