Practice Setting

• Outpatient dermatology clinics
• Locations include Joliet, Frankfort, and Hoffman Estates
• Typically 2–3 MAs per provider
• No call responsibilities

Schedule

• Monday/Friday: Frankfort
• Tuesday–Thursday: Joliet
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1-hour unpaid lunch

Cases and Procedures

• General dermatology: skin checks, biopsies, excisions
• Cosmetic dermatology available if interested

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Dermatology
• Active Illinois license or IMLC LOQ
• CSR and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• One round-trip flight per assignment
• Lodging, rental car, and mileage included
