This is an exciting opportunity for a BE/BC PM&R physician to join a well-established clinic that has historically operated under anesthesiology leadership and is now expanding to include a PM&R specialist. Bring your expertise, vision, and leadership to help broaden the program’s scope and services.

### Practice Highlights

• Multidisciplinary team including orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, osteopathic physicians, and behavioral health specialists
• Outpatient-based practice with procedure suite equipped with a C-arm and RFA machine
• Focus on conservative treatment, offering interventional procedures such as epidurals, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation
• Flexibility to shape and expand service lines within a supportive environment

### Schedule

• Outpatient schedule with excellent work-life balance
• No inpatient call requirements

### Compensation & Benefits

• Average compensation: $510,000 – $600,000
• Sign-on bonus: $65,000
• Time off: 7 weeks annually
• Loan forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through 501(c)(3) status
• Relocation support: 90 days of temporary housing for relocating providers
