About the Role

Jiva Health, a respected multispecialty medical group, is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient clinic in Walnut Creek, CA. This role offers exposure to primary care, endocrinology, and sleep medicine — ideal for providers looking to grow in a well-rounded, collaborative setting. We welcome NPs from all specialties who are interested in these focus areas.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient, in-person role
• Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Focus on diabetes, endocrine disorders, and sleep-related conditions
• Team-based care model with collaborative physicians and specialists

Compensation & Benefits

• $135,200–$156,000 annual salary
• Productivity-based bonus structure

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed NP in California (active & in good standing)
• Experience or interest in endocrinology, primary/family care, and/or sleep medicine
• Strong clinical skills and EMR proficiency
• Excellent communication and teamwork
