OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in Westchester County, New York

$350K+ Base Salary | Established Patient Panel | Flexible Call Structure

Join a physician-led women’s health group with locations in Yonkers, White Plains, and Rye. This full-scope OB/GYN opportunity offers immediate patient demand, strong clinical support, and affiliations with leading hospitals throughout the region. Physicians benefit from an established referral network and can expect a full patient panel within approximately three months.

Practice Overview

• Employed, full-scope OB/GYN position
• Opportunity to practice in Yonkers, White Plains, or Rye
• Established referral network and immediate patient volume
• Full patient panel expected within approximately three months
• Physician-led organization focused on long-term growth and stability

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 3.5 clinic days per week
• 1 dedicated surgery and call day per week
• Flexible office hours, typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Approximately two weekend call rotations per quarter
• Flexible call structure based on hospital affiliation
• Hospitalist and laborist support available

Clinical Resources

• Dedicated OR time for minor and major procedures
• Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery technology
• Experienced support team including MAs, LPNs, RNs, NPs, PAs, and a Midwife
• Athena EMR for outpatient care
• Epic EMR for inpatient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $350,000-$450,000 based on experience
• Total earning potential exceeding $500,000 through RVU incentives
