Provide outpatient primary care in a coastal Oregon community with a flexible weekday schedule and no call responsibilities. A four-day workweek is available for the right candidate.

Practice & Cases
- Outpatient primary care for patients ages 2 and older
- Acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive visits
- Reproductive health, contraception, vaccinations, wound care, and suturing
- Support from an RN, Medical Assistant, and Medical Director
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Some 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shifts
- Four-day workweek considered
- Six-month assignment with extension potential
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner
- Active Oregon license required
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS and DEA required
Logistics
- No travel or lodging reimbursement provided
- Local travel between clinic sites required

$85–$95/hour
