- Dr. Amit Bhattu is a fellowship trained Urologic Oncologist, Robotic Urologist and Endourologist interested in minimally invasive treatment of urologic malignancies and minimally invasive management of Urinary stone disease. He did a fellowship in Urologic Oncology and Robotic Urology from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, a world-renowned center for urologic cancer and minimally invasive surgeries. Before these fellowships he also did a fellowship of the Endourology Society, Inc., USA. Before these three fellowships, he completed a Urology residency from Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital, Nadiad, India and General Surgery residency from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, India, both centers of international excellence, and received multiple awards for academic achievements. His core interests include the management of prostate and kidney cancer through minimally invasive techniques, apart from the diagnosis and treatment of other genitourinary malignancies. He also has an interest in the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and minimally invasive management of Urinary stone disease. He has an active interest in research with multiple publications in high impact peer-reviewed journals and also serves as a reviewer for multiple journals. He has received international awards for various presentations and high impact research.
