Schedule Flexible 24-hour shift model — FT / PT / PRN FT: typically 5–7 × 24-hour shifts/month

• PT: 2–4 × 24-hour shifts/month No on-call and no outpatient/office duties.

Overview OB Hospitalist Group is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join our hospitalist team at Baptist Hospital of Pensacola. This is an inpatient-obstetrics–focused role with predictable scheduling, strong collegial support, and a clinician-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Inpatient obstetric care (L&D and postpartum) and urgent gynecologic care
• Collaborate with anesthesia, neonatology, and nursing teams
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active or eligible for Florida medical licensure
• L&D / hospitalist experience preferred but not required
• C-section proficiency preferred for some roles
