We are currently seeking a physician in the South Bend area to lead a dedicated team of providers practicing medicine in a way that fosters meaningful connections. Our model includes smaller patient panels, enabling our providers to spend 30-60 minutes with each patient - ensuring that you can build relationships, truly listen, assess, and respond to their needs without the rush often felt in larger practices. Supported by schedulers, patient care coordinators, and medical assistants, our providers are empowered to provide top-notch care while navigating the complexities of geriatric medicine. We even provide a company vehicle, driven by a Medical Assistant who provides clinical support during visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
