  As a Physician Assistant with decades of experience in conventional medicine, I witnessed a troubling trend: patients were becoming chronically ill at younger ages, cycling through medications and specialists without achieving true healing. I followed evidence-based protocols, prescribed medications, and advocated for preventive care—but over time, it became clear that something fundamental was missing.
  
  My perspective shifted dramatically when I became the patient. Following a serious ankle injury, my health began to decline. Despite following all recommended treatments from my primary care physician, endocrinologist, and orthopedic surgeon, I found myself trapped in a cycle of prescriptions, side effects, and persistent symptoms. My quality of life diminished, and I began to see the limitations of the system I had devoted my career to.
  
  That experience led me to integrative and regenerative medicine—initially in search of healing for myself, and ultimately as a renewed path forward as a healthcare provider. Through this lens, I discovered a more comprehensive, root-cause approach that prioritizes the whole person, not just symptom suppression.
  
  Today, I integrate my clinical background with a personalized, patient-centered model that empowers individuals to restore their vitality, resilience, and long-term health—naturally and effectively. I understand the frustration of feeling unheard and overmedicated. My mission is to offer a better way—because I’ve lived it, and I’ve come out stronger on the other side.
