Claire Baweja, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CEN, SANE-A started off her career with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with minors in Healthcare management and Biomedical Sciences from Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln, Nebraska. During her transition from nurse to nurse practitioner, she worked and received board certifications in emergency nursing (CEN) and sexual assault nursing for adults and adolescents (SANE-A).

She led STD programing on behalf of a local community jail, guest-lectured about the importance of sexual assault response teams and nurses, and was nominated for Nurse of the Year on behalf of March of Dimes. In May of 2020, she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her training and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
