• Chandra Sikes, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience in mental health care starting with a B.S. in psychology earned in 2012. She began her career in crisis intervention and worked as an QMHP until earning her vocational nursing license in 2016 and then registered nursing license in 2020. She worked primarily in hospice and geriatrics as a nurse. It was in these environments that she developed a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care in high-stress environments.
  
  Today, Chandra provides psychiatric services to individuals of all ages through her private practice, with clinical specialties in ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and substance use disorders. She offers comprehensive psychiatric support for veterans including disability assessments. She integrates a trauma-informed, insight-driven approach to both therapy and medication management.
  
  In addition, Chandra provides medication management for adolescent males in two juvenile detention centers, supporting youth in high-risk settings with structure, empathy, and evidence-based care.
