I am a pediatric cardiologist and a palliative care physician who has an interest in cardiac palliative care. I provide comprehensive patient- and family-centered care in pediatric cardiology, and also lead the adult cardiac palliative care clinic at UCLA. My research interests are in improving quality of life and resilience in patients with congenital and acquired heart disease. Specifically, I aim to expand access to palliative care in patients with cardiac disease, and aim to evaluate the impact of palliative care on quality of life and clinical outcomes.
