Dr. Schwartz-Peterson served as an Associate Medical Director and later Medical Director at JourneyCare 2014-2022. She was also Medical Director for Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care 2022-2025. She served as faculty for the Ascension Resurrection Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program 2022-2023 and currently continues to provide medical care for Hospice patients with Addus- Journeycare.
