- David S. Sandlin, MD, PhD, is a Board Certified Neurologist and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Neurology at Emory University in Atlanta. During residency training at Emory, he also contributed to the Post-Concussive Visual Motion Sensitivity collaboration between Emory, Georgia Tech, and The Shepherd Center. His prior research investigated the effects that shockwaves produced by explosive blasts have on and through the ear. His long-term career goals are to complete Fellowship Training in Ocular-Motor and Vestibular Neurology at Johns Hopkins University from 2024-2025, to carry on treating patients with dizziness, and to perform clinical and translational research contributing to prevention, diagnosis, and both acute and chronic treatment of traumatic brain injuries.
