Summary

  • My research focuses on health disparities experienced by people with disabilities, with an emphasis on improving equity in clinical care and medical education. I design, implement, and evaluate curricula aimed at enhancing clinician competence in disability-inclusive care. I also investigate how disability is represented—or overlooked—in health data, advocating for disability data justice in research practices. My work employs mixed methods, including qualitative research, to center the voices of disabled individuals and inform evidence-based interventions that promote structural change in healthcare delivery and education.
