Summary

• Dr. Gilda Bobele is Intensivist in the Virginia area. She received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed residency and fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
  
  She spent four years as an attending in the Surgical and Trauma ICUs at Brooke Army Medical Center, the Department of Defense's only Level I Trauma Center. During that time, she was the Medical Director for the Neurotrauma ICU and later the Deputy Director of three Surgical Trauma ICUs. She was heavily involved in academics of both the rotating residents and fellows in addition to quality improvement metrics and processes.
