Dr. Kang moved to Redding in 2013 with her husband and four young children, excited to care for the women of the North State area. Prior to this, Dr. Kang served as an obstetrician-gynecologist for 3 years in the Navajo Nation Indian Health Service, where she received multiple awards for innovative clinical care and high patient satisfaction. While there, she developed further expertise in the management of high-risk pregnancy, serving as Medical Director for the Diabetes in Pregnancy Program. She continues to enjoy the privilege of partnering with women in their pregnancy and birth experience.
