I’m a psychiatric NP based in Vancouver, WA. I run LiveWell, an outpatient clinic for adults dealing with mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and addiction. I also serve as Associate Medical Director at Rose City Detox in Portland, managing psychiatric care during withdrawal stabilization. Hospital affiliated with the Providence Health System.

My style is practical and collaborative. I do deep diagnostic work, stay current with evidence, and tailor meds to real-world function, not just symptom checklists. Most of my patients come in with overlapping issues—grief that looks like depression, trauma buried under irritability, or burnout mistaken for anxiety. We unpack it together.
