Summary

• Dr. Longo is a primary care internal medicine private practice physician with a strong focus on preventative medicine, long-term patient care, systems-based practice, and medical education. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate degree, where he studied physiology in the laboratory of Professor Klaus Beyenbach. He subsequently began his studies in medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where he first became involved in medical education and was voted by his student doctor peers to the Dean's Award, for four years of "demonstrating the high ideals of medicine." Dr. Longo then attended medical residency at Morristown Medical Center, where he specialized in internal medicine for three years in an environment affording him broad exposure to a spectrum of medicine ranging from private practice to critical care. During his time there, he would be exposed to the private practice of "Internal Medicine of Morristown," where he devoted his time and would ultimately decide to work three years later.
